We took the airport bus to Dongdaemun and we did not know which way to go to get to the hotel. I recommend that the hotel try to put some signs at the bus stop to show us where to go. We checked in and the staff was very courteous. The concierge Olivia was very helpful in helping us plan our trip, made reservations for dinner for us at the N Tower, a dinner cruise, and booked a tour for us to Nami Island. She is so patient and friendly with us and we appreciated her attention to detail. We couldn't have gone to these places without her help.
