Thank you for your response. Being this is my only toon on that particular server and the certificate is g in AH it will be a while before I buy it and rename him. I guess this is a new thing where rare pets keep their name. I have tamed him before on another character and he was called something else, like Spirit Beast. Thank you so much. I mostly use deities or spirits for her pet's names, that correspond with the element they are most closely related to in my mind. For example, her Skarr is named Pele, the Hawaiin goddess of volcanos. That sort of thing. Ghostcrawler I think should be associated with water or the ocean, but I can't find the right name. I'm not even sure if this is boy or girl. Here is a screen shot of Dayva and her crab. And, I'm just noticing how absolutely beautiful this underused spirit beast is!
